Christina Kockel studied Business Administration and Engineering: Electrical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University with a focus on electrical energy engineering and sustainability and corporations. In 2015 she earned her bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. RWTH) and in 2019 the master’s degree (M.Sc. RWTH). During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Automotive Engineering (ika) in the Strategy and Consulting department. She conducted her master’s thesis at RWTH Aachen in cooperation with Forschungszentrum Jülich in the field of life cycle assessment for microgrids. In March 2019 Christina Kockel has started to work as research associate for the Assistant Professorship of Energy Resource and Innovation Economics at FCN.
