Prof. Aaron Praktiknjo ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Energiesystemökonomik und Co-Direktor des E.ON Energy Research Centers an der RWTH Aachen. Er ist Vorstandsvorsitzender der Gesellschaft für Energiewissenschaft und Energiepolitik (GEE) und Vizepräsident für Konferenzen der International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). Gemeinsam mit Prof. Peter Zweifel und Prof. Georg Erdmann ist er Co-Autor des Lehrbuchs "Energy Economics - Theory and Application".
